Overview

God made me for a reason. I trust whatever he plans. His ways don't make sense to me, But he's got me in his hands. I wish I could stand up, but I can't. In this sweetly illustrated children's book, Debbie Oelke opens up about life with multiple sclerosis after it took her ability to walk. Details of Debbie's daily life will capture children's imaginations as they discover those in wheelchairs may have special needs but live fully in spite of their disabilities. Children will learn that a disability like MS doesn't define who you are. God loves you no matter what! Children will see the importance of kindness for those all around them with disabilities. Most importantly, they will learn to trust God in all circumstances, knowing he always has our best interests at heart. First in the series Be Kind: Understanding Disability.
