OverviewFollowing many years of industrious efforts to do it his way and reap the rewards, the author finally lived a contented life in the East Midlands area of England. Retirement was not in his plans, and new ventures were considered and launched as the will to succeed in new things was always at the forefront of his mind. He has learned that not everything in life can be controlled and personal lives can take directions not desired; when busy with industrial business challenges, the author's personal life lay shattered with the family destroyed. Financial implications were problematic and brought on stress that, at the age when most people would already have been retired for several years, were not something welcome or indeed expected. A new direction in his life was forced upon him, perhaps more challenging than anything experienced so far. Readers will no doubt learn that maybe a busy working life is not ideal. Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationBorn in Hamburg, Germany to a serving Wehrmacht soldier, Dieter Rudolph was just a few months old when WWII commenced. He grew up in a period that saw huge scale bombing of Hamburg and whilst often commuting between Hamburg and Coswig (near Dresden) experienced machine gunning of carriages on trains they were travelling in. Although the family home was only a few kilometres from Hamburg Airport, the area they lived in was not damaged as the rest of Hamburg was, especially the Dock and Industrial areas. At the age of just eleven he was taken from Hamburg to live in Wales as his mother had married a Welshman stationed in Hamburg as part of the occupation force. He learnt a new language and after just four years of schooling started work which very quickly lead to management positions and a Directorship at age 30, just 15 years after leaving school. He eventually launched his own company and made his mark in the industry chosen. Tab Content 6Author Website:Countries AvailableAll regions |
