Please note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. Hozuky Station is a train station in Kameoka, Kyoto Prefecture, Japan. It is on the border with Nishiky -ku, Kyoto. The station has two side platforms with two tracks. The station started as Matsuoyama Signal Box on August 17, 1929 and was replaced by the passenger station under the current name on April 15, 1936. It was originally located in the site of the present Torokko Hozuky Station on the Sagano Scenic Railway. The station was moved to the present location on March 5, 1989 when the new route of the Sanin Main Line was opened. The old railway track and the closed station was revived as the Sagano Scenic Railway and its stop on April 27, 1991.
