With the goal of becoming a better stage performer and speaker, Chad earned a degree in business and organizational communication with concentrations in sociology, public relations, and theater arts. While attending university, he supplemented his income by speaking and performing at comedy clubs and corporate events. When he's not speaking at conferences and sales meetings, Chad spends time each year as a headlining entertainer for Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Holland America, Princess, and Disney Cruise Lines. The high demand for Chad's presentations has enabled him to perform over 1,000 live shows across the entire globe, in front of more than a million spectators. Chad became obsessed with the power of the human mind after reading Napoleon Hill's, Think & Grow Rich. That book changed his life and inspired him to become a certified stage hypnotist and NLP Practitioner so that he could learn to master the subconscious mind. His goal-achieving and leadership talks incorporate this skill through the use of powerful words and captivating demonstrations of hypnosis. Chad Chesmark's love of speaking and entertaining shines through in each performance, and his dedication to customizing each show for his clients keeps him in high demand. Whether he's speaking at a small sales meeting, large leadership conference, or to a championship football team, Chad's programs are guaranteed to leave a powerful impression. Joel Richards was the kid who did crazy things just to have a good story to tell afterward. On deciding to make his affection his profession, he received a BFA in acting and a BA in English from the University of Utah, and later an MA in oral storytelling from East Tennessee State University. He has narrated over 150 audiobooks (fiction and nonfiction) and continues to tell his original stories to live audiences.
