OverviewThis book is adventurous as well as thrilling. The author did a great job making you feel you were part of the quest to hunt down men that are inhuman and have souls full of evil. The author leads you step by step into the action of tracking down war criminals and at a split second anything can go wrong leaving you in a life or death situation. The book was descriptive so that the reader could easily envision the setting and atmosphere in which the operation took place. He also captured some of the emotional aspects of this operation and the toll it took on the participants. The history of Operation Amber Light is an interesting case study in human intelligence (HUMINT) and how it is used with other intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance assets to generate actionable intelligence. This book is a must read for anyone interested in the aftermath of the Bosnian War or a realistic look at intelligence operations in general. - Reader.
