She attended DePaul University where she received her Bachelor 's degree in liberal arts, her Masters in education at Loyola University and will be working on her dissertation in January toward her Doctorates in education with a specialization in K-12 studies. Ms. Green left the corporate world of business to enter into the field of education, and although she retired in 2002 from teaching, she is still actively involved in the field. Ms Green has had a varied and enriched career experience. As a young woman, she was always interested in fashion and aspired to become a model, but was not tall enough. Not to be Undaunted by this realization, Ms. Green still involved herself in fashion shows, taking to the runway to prove that dynamic models do not have to be over 5'7. At 71, she still walks the runway. She became interested in fashion show production, after appearing in over 8000 fashion shows in her lifetime, and became appalled at the lack of professionalism exhibited in man y of the fashion shows presented today. Ms. Green's inspiration for this book came from this realization. She felt the best way to do this was to give novice fashion show producers a step by step guide that would help them put on a successful and professional show - Thus the birth of How Does Your Fashion Show, Show? She is totally committed to doing her part to help keep fashion productions as an art form that is entertaining, educational, and appropriate for all family members to enjoy. Although 71, Ms. Green still works out at a local health club and continues to participate in her favorite hobbies of dancing, painting, and writing.
