After many occurrences of buy-outs, downsizings and mergers, his entrepreneurial spirit took over. Not wanting just a job, but a satisfying career through business ownership, he sought an industry that would fulfill his passion to help others and discovered a new and growing industry. Cindy Hartman has a vast corporate background in administration, human resources, training, marketing, and finance. The industries in which she was employed are just as varied, including manufacturing, education, retail, distribution, and environmental. Her writing skills are evidenced through two company blogs and newsletters. She developed two courses that have been approved for continuing education units: ""An Attorney's Guide to Estate Inventory"" and ""Why Your Clients Need to Know What You Own"" for Accountants and CPAs. This wide range of experience served the couple well in late 2004 as they pursued their entrepreneurial dream, starting their first company, Hartman Inventory.
