He has always been involved with community service and art. He and his wife Holly have been closely involved with the deaf community for many years. They lived in a Spanish speaking country for some time, where they also were heavily involved with the deaf community. These experiences led to the idea of a trilingual activity book to help young ones learn these languages simultaneously. He is fluent in American Sign Language, loves to draw and help others learn new things. He currently works in the educational system and has had first hand experience in helping ones learn in a variety of settings. Eric believes one of the best things for a young person to learn is a new language. It broadens perspectives, gives access to new communities and helps open new doors of opportunity to the learner.
