His publications include The Voice of the Sarangi and The Raga Guide. Françoise ‘Nalini’ Delvoye, a scholar of medieval and pre-modern Hindi literature and Indo-Persian Culture, is Directeur d'études emerita at the École Pratique des Hautes Études-PSL, Paris.
