He has held several research positions, including at Heriot-Watt University and Imperial College London. He has been Guest Lecturer at University of Zaragoza since 2011 Tenured Scientist at CSIC since 2016. He has participated in 33 research projects, 12 of them as Primary Investigator, as well.
