From the invention of the electric motor in the nineteenth century to the present day, every technological leap in electric machinery has profoundly transformed human production and daily life. In the twenty-first century, as the energy crisis intensifies and environmental concerns become more prominent, developing efficient and clean electric-drive technology has become a global consensus. Against this backdrop, the permanent-magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is emerging as the mainstream choice for next-generation electric-drive systems thanks to its outstanding merits of high efficiency, high power density, and high reliability.
