Overview

"When a major espionage network at the heart of MI5 is blown and its members arrested the finger of suspicion points to a high-level traitor in the Kremlin, and when that same man secretly meets with the British in Geneva, pint-sized State Security Chief Stanislav Paslov realizes that one of his closest allies and confidants is conspiring with the West.To unmask such a powerful enemy Stanislav Paslov will need friends in very high places, but who can he trust? Author Information

Michael Patrick Clark was born on The Fourth of July 1950. He spent the first few years of his life in an orphanage, before adoption brought a new home and a change of name. Unhappy at home, Michael joined the armed forces as a boy apprentice. He trained in telecommunications, and subsequently transferred to a specialist mobile-communications unit. Over the ensuing years he travelled the world; living and working in environments as exotic, hostile, and diverse as the Libyan Desert, Europe, the Australian outback, South-East Asia, and Central and South America. In the late seventies Michael moved into the high-tech industry. He worked predominantly on international consultancy, for North-East U.S. based technology manufacturers, but after twenty-five years, made the life-changing decision to leave the industry and move to Spain. Since then he has written and published three books: The Folks at Fifty-Eight, Flying with Cuckoos, (both also available from Amazon) and his second and latest espionage thriller: Hierarchies of Greed.
