Author Information

Coryn Greatorex-Bell read Modern Languages (French and Spanish) at the University of Cambridge. She received a Leverhulme Trust award in 1977 to study Guatemalan textiles, attached to the Ixchel Museum of Indigenous Textiles and Clothing in Guatemala City. Christopher H. Lutz co-founded CIRMA, a library and archive, in 1978, which was established to return to Guatemala publications and research on the Southern Mesoamerican region. He also co-founded in 1992 the Maya Educational Foundation.
