Overview

First time author Marcia B. Horn tells the true story of HER FAMILY TREE in this first edition, three-part piece, covering her story along with the life of her Mother and Grandmother. The threads that bind these women's stories together are that of tragedy, hope, survival, redemption, love, spirituality and perseverance. Marcia writes about her life as she moves around the United States and some of her experiences with alcoholism, incarceration, recovery, PTSD and survivor's guilt. A member of the recovery community, she is looking back into some of the darkness of her past and using those tragedies to help others find sobriety.
