Author Information

Hironobu Matsushita is currently a Professor of Health Administration and Informatics at Tokyo University of Information Sciences. He was a researcher and innovation management leader at Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology and also founded his own company. He was a specially appointed advisory executive to the Japanese government Cabinet Office for Social Services Innovation. He holds a Ph.D. from Tokyo Institute of Technology and an M.S. from Cornell University.
