She is the former Vice President of Operations at Optum, United HealthGroup, where she built a subsidiary providing EAP services. She spent a decade as an employee assistance psychologist at Honeywell in Minneapolis, worked as a domestic violence therapist, and provided leadership coaching at the University of St. Thomas Business Center.
