OverviewGod may change the heart of Kings because it can alter that nation's policies and determinations to line up with His will. When it comes to individuals; because God has endowed us with a free will, He will not supercede our intentions. God only invites us to partake of His kingdom, He will never force us to obey. Between life and death, ours is always the choice. Divorce may strike a devastating blow at a family; the one that is left behind and especially the children. It is imperative that trust in God is kept foremost in the heart. Without this focus, there is no one who can heal the brokenness and set lives right again. It will take time to heal the wounds, but God is faithful and will never leave you alone. Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationDory Robertson is an Ordained Minister of Pastoral Counseling at home with Abundant Life Family Ministries, Ocala, Florida. Born in New York City, it wasn't long before many states from Arizona to California to Montana to Alaska and some in between became home for a little while. When God told me to move to Florida in 1990 I didn't realize I would be here for 20 years, but I am finally planted and here to stay unless the Lord calls me elsewhere. God has allowed me to minister counseling to His precious children for many years. If we are open to Him using us to minister in the anointing He has for us, then to the capacity He has grown us up, He will do so. We don't have to be perfect, just available. Allowing God to fill us with His compassion and mercy is all He's looking for. How can that happen? God will heal all our pain so we can minister to others in their pain (Luke 22.31-32).
