Author Information

Helen Mullane began her career in film distribution, managing the release of major films for the likes of Studio Canal and EOne. Later she produced the feature documentary FUTURESHOCK! THE STORY OF 2000AD and various shorts such as the multi-award-winning NASTY. Helen currently resides in northern Sweden where she lives with 80 huskies, balancing her time between writing and dog mushing. Born and raised in Yorkshire, England, Tula is an award-winning illustrator and the founder of the world-renowned Thought Bubble Festival. Best known for her Eisner-winning work on Barnstormers and Somna, she is also a prolific and accomplished cover and poster artist. Dee Cunniffe is an award-winning Irish designer who worked for over a decade in publishing and advertising. He gave it all up to pursue his love of comics. He has colored Marvel's Runaways, She-Hulk and Joe Fixit, DC's Lucifer and House of El, and Crossover, Bad Karma, and Indigo Children at Image, amongst others. He has also colored books for Black Mask, Dynamite, Vault, AfterShock, Humanoids, Archie, Z2 and Dark Horse. Richard Starkings is a British font designer and comic book letterer, editor and writer. He was one of the early pioneers of computer-based comic-book lettering, and is one of the most prolific creators in that industry.
