Robert Griddle was a full-time stay-at-home dad who ran his successful business when he was first inspired to grill. Between diaper changes and the graphic design work he does for restaurants and nonprofits through his company, Robert read a book on how to make delicious recipes with the pellet grill. He's grilled burgers and sausages and has a passion. Robert now creates burger and sausage recipes for some of Northern California's best restaurants.
