Overview

We each have a set of conditions, or standards that we believe we need to reach to get to our next greatest level. Whether those conditions and standards are shaped by the attitudes, and opinions of others, or we have risen to our unique level of authenticity that dictates those standards, those standards still exist. I like to think of those standards as an imaginary carrot that dangles over our head, we stretch, and reach, and try to grab it, but some imaginary force pulls the carrot higher out of our reach. But what happens when we stop trying to grab the carrot, and we stop stretching, and reaching, and growing...we began to settle for mediocrity. We settle yet, there is something inside that desires more, not more things like cars, houses, riches, etc. but a strong desire to become greater through the fulfillment of purpose. Grab that Carrot and run is about fulfilling your desire to grab hold of your purpose and run. That carrot is your motivation to run to the finish line, for you to create your lane, and run your race without permission from others, and without apologies for your greatness!
