Overview

A nine-and-a-half-year-old boy was stricken with paralytic polio. He spent almost a year in bed, unable to move his legs or feel any sensation. Some say he was an unfortunate victim, but he never pitied himself. After a miraculous recovery (and fifteen subsequent major surgical operations to his legs and back) Robb would learn to play golf thanks to his dad, R. B. Shultz.
