If gluten-free is your only intolerance this would be a good book to start with. This book goes into great detail as to why a person who is gluten intolerant must eat differently. Fortunately, no one in my family has this problem. I wanted to get the cookbook to try and cut out some of the gluten in our diets. I've read, and heard, that even if you don't suffer from celiac disease or gluten intolerance eating gluten free is a way of eating with health benefits. I recommend this book to anyone who is setting up their gluten free kitchen, and to anyone who is considering starting a gluten free diet. - by Aya, US
