Author Information

ROSS McGILL graduated with Honours in Materials Science and Education in 1978. Since graduating, he has held key management posts with major international companies. He runs an international consultancy practice helping financial services firms become more competitive and efficient. Ross has worked for eleven years in the wholesale financial services sector and was, until 2002, Group Managing Director of five software companies.
