In 1978 he moved to Stourbridge in the West Midlands, the traditional home of the British glass industry, and was actively involved in the setting up of Broadfield House Glass Museum, Kingswinford, the only publicy owned museum to be devoted exclusively to glass. Now Keeper of Glass at Broadfield House, Mr Dodsworth has lectured widely, both in Britain and the USA.
