Thomas J. ( Tom ) Mew IV is of counsel with the firm of Rogers & Hardin, LLP in Atlanta, Georgia. Tom s practice covers a broad range of employment law and litigation matters including both individual and class action wage-and-hour, discrimination, and harassment litigation, ERISA litigation, and general business litigation. Tom also regularly advises employers on employment contracts, releases, and restrictive covenant issues. Tom is a graduate of Davidson College and the University of Georgia School of Law. Following law school, Tom served as a law clerk to the Hon. Herschel P. Franks of the Tennessee Court of Appeals and to the Honorable Harold L. Murphy of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. John K. ( Jake ) Larkins III is a partner at Chilivis, Cochran, Larkins & Bever, LLP in Atlanta, Georgia. Jake is a graduate of Wake Forest University and the University of Georgia School of Law. Following his graduation from law school, he clerked for United States District Judge Harold L. Murphy in Rome, Georgia. Jake practices complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts throughout Georgia, including business divorces, shareholder disputes, employment matters, trade secrets, and health care.
