OverviewOccupational diseases and accidents at work have been occurring since ancient times, but over the years, accident prevention and concern for workers' health have gained prominence due to the large number of accidents recorded and, consequently, increased social security spending on benefits and pensions. Considering this parameter, the inclusion of women in the labor market has been slow, as has the achievement of labor benefits.
