""Contributor Biography - English Timm Ernst studied law at the University of Osnabruck and the Ruhr University Bochum. He completed his legal clerkship at Bochum Regional Court. Since 2019, he has been working as a lawyer and in-house lawyer specialising in IT law and intellectual property law. In winter 2024 he received his doctorate with his thesis supervised by Prof. Dr Renate Schaub, LL.M. (Univ. Bristol) and Professor Dr Arndt Kiehnle. Contributor Biography - German Timm Ernst studierte an der Universit't Osnabruck und der Ruhr-Universit't Bochum Rechtswissenschaften. Sein Referendariat absolvierte er am Landgericht Bochum. Seit 2019 arbeitet er als Rechtsanwalt und Syndikusrechtsanwalt mit den Schwerpunkten IT-Recht und gewerblicher Rechtsschutz. Im Winter 2024 wurde er mit seiner von Prof. Dr. Renate Schaub, LL.M.
