OverviewAm 1. Oktober 2017 starb der fruhere Prasident des Landgerichts Waldshut-Tiengen, Prof. Dr. Herbert Trondle, im Alter von 98 Jahren. Trondle gehorte wegen seiner schriftstellerischen Tatigkeit, nicht zuletzt als Kommentator des StGB, als gefragter Gutachter vor dem Deutschen Bundestag und dem Bundesverfassungsgericht, aufgrund einer wirkmachtigen akademischen Lehrtatigkeit sowie durch die Kraft seiner Personlichkeit zu den fuhrenden deutschen Strafrechtswissenschaftlern des XX. Jahrhunderts. Am 24. August 2019 jahrt sich sein Geburtstag zum 100. Mal. Aus diesem Anlass haben sich Wissenschaftler verschiedener Fachrichtungen zusammengefunden, um den Verstorbenen mit einer Gedachtnisschrift zu ehren.
