Fujioka Station is a railway station on the Gotemba Line of Central Japan Railway Company located in the southern part of Gotemba, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan. Fujioka Station began as the Fujioka Signal Station of the T kaid Main Line of Japan National Railways on May 1, 1911. It was upgraded to the Fujioka Signal Ground on April 1, 1922. On August 1, 1944, it was upgraded to a station in order to provide access to the Fujioka Heavy Artillery School of the Imperial Japanese Army, and usage was restricted only to military personnel.
