Phil Moore is a writer, composer, filmmaker, author and teacher. He has made two feature films to date - Mortal Fools (Writer/Producer/Director, etc), and Submerged (Writer/Producer/Co-Director/Editor, etc). He has also made several short films - either independently, with students, or as President of CoastOnSceen Inc, a community filmmaking collective. All his films to date have been low-budget, independently financed, and largely created with Phil taking on several roles, both in front of and behind the camera, during production and post-production.
