John Hoich is a public speaker with a compelling rags to riches story to tell and he does just that in his book From The Ground Up. He sits on a dozen civic, banking, and other business boards. He has received the US Small Business Administration's Award for Excellence, Toro Company's National Young Entrepreneur of the Year, amongst other awards. The proceeds of this book will be donated to a scholarship fund named after him, The Rotary International Foundation, Lakeside Hospital Foundations, and the Stephen Center, which has named its alcohol treatment center after John Hoich.
