IRIS MARTIN has an MS in psychological services from the University of Pennsylvania. Formerly a psychotherapist in private practice specializing in chief executive development, she has worked as a management consultant to Fortune 500 executives since 1980, implementing corporate culture transformation. In 1985, she founded Creative Dimensions in Management, Inc., an international CEO support services firm specializing in mentoring, accelerated growth, and mindset change. Iris is married to designer/builder, Robert Lessack. They have two children and two Labradors and divide their time between homes in Philadelphia, Vail, and Cape Cod
