"""The Power of Dialogue"" is written from the author's personal life experiences, observations of conflict within relationships and politics, and most importantly, from the insights gained from her therapy practice. Her message is clear: we need Dialogue more than ever in our world today to heal our increasing global culture of confrontation, war, and relational conflict."" - Linda Ellinor, co-author of Dialogue: Rediscover the Transforming Power of Conversation, now translated into six languages. ""Katy Byrne lays out a positive and important strategy to confront important issues that we all face in life - those difficult and hard to manage conversations we (really should) have with those we have to deal with at work and in social situations. If you are looking for tools and approaches that may help you manage emotional minefields, this book my help you better understand the psychological dynamics at work and how to maybe, just maybe create a breakthrough."" - Raymond Baltar, Environmental Project Manager"
