Nigel Foster, FRSA, is the Visiting Professor of European Law, Europa-Institut, Universität des Saarlandes, Saarbrücken, Germany; Professor of EU law for the South East Europe Law Schools Consortium.; Visiting Professor & External Advisor, The University College of Northern Borneo; and LLM International Business Law Supervisor, Robert Kennedy College, Switzerland.
