OverviewHello, I am so glad you are interested in gluten-free food and cooking. There is no one that loves food more than me (except maybe my family). But, over 20 years ago I learned that my son and myself could not eat wheat/gluten anymore... It was close to a meltdown!!! No more breadsticks, chocolate cake, or Pizza?! And the list went on and on! My meltdown continued as I started eating these items gluten-free. Are you kidding me It was terrible! So, to make a long story short... I decided it didn't have to be like this and I set out on a mission to make GF food taste AMAZING. My goal is to provide gluten-free food that tastes fabulous, and that NO one can tell it's GF!
