"Dr. George Baourakis is the Studies and Research Coordinator of the Business Economics and Management Department of the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Chania, Greece. He has been appointed as a Distinguished Research Fellow in Marketing-Management at several universities and as affiliate Professor at Nyenrode University, The Netherlands. Prodromos Kalaitzis is a Senior Policy Advisor for Copa – Cogeca in Brussels, Belgium to promoting the economic and business interests of European farmers as reflected in their agri-cooperatives. He is specialized in agricultural policy, cooperative organization, competitiveness, single market and competition in the European Union. Konstadinos Mattas is the Professor of Agricultural Policy in the Department of Agricultural Economics in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece.
