Matt A. Casado is Professor in the School of Hotel and Restaurant Management at Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff. His teaching specialty is hospitality operations, and his research interest centers on higher education hospitality curriculum. A veteran of the hospitality industry, he trained in Switzerland and England before managing hotels in Spain and the United States.
