She understands that to a newcomer, the gym can be intimidating, but her approach gives her clients the tools and confidence to accomplish their health and fitness goals. Shandra is currently providing personal training and nutritional services, as well as teaching HIIT classes, at several gyms throughout the Greater Tampa Bay area. Recently, she published a book that is a must read for any woman interested in living a well-rounded healthy lifestyle. Her next aspiration is to open an all-women gym in South Tampa where she can continue to expand her health and fitness mission.
