First of the Empaths is the story of the life of the author, who first witnesses UFO or paranormal activity at the age of 3. The apparition led to a life of spiritual conflict and further occurrences;primarily a UFO sighting near Perdido Key, Florida in 1966, and poltergeistic activity surrounding highly emotional times. While the book seems to be primarily New Age;and has graphic erotica; the author is Christian. Approximately, 5 years after the Perdido Key sighting, the author, at the age of 15, asked the universe for the answers to all questions. What came back, was eeirily similar to the channellings of the Ra Material in 1981. The book is premised on the ideology of Service to Others, monism, and psychic attacks. If you identify with.empaths, HSPs, resolution of dualities, and a sustainable way of life, first envisioned by the hippies, based on Love and the Golden Rule, then you should give this book a read. The author is by no means the first empath, but may be the first to invite you inside the mind of one, by publishing his autobiography. The last chapter is entirely fictional, based on, The Terra Papers and The Book of Enoch. The book challenges authority, while examining truth and freedom. David Overman was born in Pensacola, FL on 7/26/1956. David worked as a Real Estate broker in Pensacola and Miami Florida. David was a partner in the Northwind Townhome project in Pensacola. Additionally, David became aware of UFO's when he witnessed an orb the size of the moon at his uncle's house in Innerarity Point, FL. David began writing poems at the age of 20, which eventually morphed into song lyrics.
