He specialises in fire safety in HMO's, assisting landlords and managers with overall compliance with the Housing Act 2004 and associated regulations, and fire risk assessments. Richard is part of the national team of ANUK/Unipol verifiers who audits members compliance against the National Codes of Standards for Larger Residential Developments with particular expertise concerning fire safety in student accommodation.
