Author's Best Novel- M.Shaw Good apocalyptic books have been few and far between lately. This latest by Mr. Reed is easily the best I've read this year. Hopefully, the start of a series. The book deals mainly with a family's prepping for a nebulous disaster sometime in the near future. After first thinking it might be nuclear war, plans turn to surviving a CME. Near the end of the book, the event does occur and indeed turns out to be a massive EMP. I look forward to the next book. I give this one my highest recommendation.
