Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationDr Sunil Pathak is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Engineering Technology at Universiti Malaysia Pahang, Malaysia. He obtained his PhD in Advanced Manufacturing from the Indian Institute of Technology Indore in 2016, and he is specialized in gear engineering and advanced and hybrid manufacturing processes. He has conducted extensive research on the advanced finishing of gears, and has published five book chapters and over 20 research articles. Dr Neelesh K Jain is a Full Professor of Mechanical Engineering and the Leader of the Centre of Excellence in Gear Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Indore, India. He obtained his PhD in Advanced Manufacturing from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur in 2003, and his research interests include advanced and micro machining and finishing processes, gear finishing, micro-plasma based layered manufacturing and joining and miniature gear manufacturing. He has authored three books on gear engineering, seven book chapters, and over 50 research articles. Dr I A Palani, is an Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering and the Head of Mechanical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Indore. He received his PhD from the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the Indian Institute of Technology Madras in 2010, and has also worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Graduate School of Information Science and Electrical Engineering at Kyushu University, Japan.
