Author Information

Melissa Glass is a hair care extraordinaire who specializes in working with fine, thin hair. Born with fine hair herself she has dedicated her professional career to helping women solve their styling problems. A 22 year advocate for assisting women to look their best, Melissa currently makes her magic from Dre's Hair Salon in Scottsdale, Arizona and her own salon in Grand Canyon, AZ called simply Canyon Salon. Although women flock to Melissa for her great cuts, color and sense of style, she provides a full range of services for looking fabulous including nails and makeup. Caren Cantrell is a former bank executive turned author and publisher. She became a client of Melissa's after moving to Scottsdale from Ohio where she had used the same stylist for over 20 years. Caren also has thin, fine hair and had tried several other stylists before finding Melissa and the secrets to looking fabulous. Determined to help other women with similar issues this book was born while in Melissa's chair between cuts and colors.
