The author is very knowledgeable and her research is impeccable. Her ability to do setting is fabulous, almost like a film set. She has done stellar work portraying Canadia Lie during the Depression years. --Sarah Stewart, editor of 'We Remember the Coming of the White Man'; and author of 'The Land Beyond the Clouds'. I thoroughly enjoyed reading Lynn's book. Her characters were engaging, and the historical content was well-researched. Lynn has set her novel in history without overwhelming the reader with too many facts. I look forward to reading more of her books. -- Jenny Geddes Finding Hope was by far my favorite of Lynn Boire's books, although I've enjoyed each one immensely. Great work keeping me glued to the pages-I didn't want the book to end.--Wanda S. Author InformationI live in a seaside town on Vancouver Island In British Columbia, Canada. My deep appreciation for every part of my Island home is the background for my stories. I feel a spiritual connection whenever I'm near a body of water. Nature puts everything in perspective, and all my doubts and worries float away. Even if a storm's strength frightens me, it also reminds me that--no matter what--all things pass. I enjoy writing contemporary domestic suspense in which empowerment issues become foremost. My characters struggle to realize their full potential and solve the issues they're confronted with, resulting in positive outcomes for everyone.
