Lamara Qoqiauri finished Tbilisi School of Physics and Mathematics named after Komarov; graduated from the Faculty of Economy at Tbilisi Iv. Javakhishvili State University. Under the tutorship of Vasil Chantladze in 1986 passed Ph.D. defense. In 2003, she defended doctoral dissertation on the topic Formation and Development of Investment market in Georgia and was conferred professors degree. Published 232 scientific manuscripts, mostly on finances, banks and investments, including 21 monographs and 20 manuals. Basic manuscript: Investment market: Theory, Policy, Practice. Tb.: STU. 2010; Intellectual Capital, Herausgeber, TU Bergakademie Freiberg, Germany. 2013 and etc. She began working with specialization during studentship from the first course at National Bank of Georgia; in 1978-2008, she worked at Tbilisi State University as a professor. In 2009-2015, she worked as full professor at Technical University of Georgia. She was elected for the True Member of the Academy of Economic Sciences and New York Academy of Science. Along with her principle activities, in 1992 she established and continues management of the first English Language Advanced Study Private School. She found also nongovernmental organization - Fund of Financial-Investment Policy and Strategy (FFIPS).
