The Ferny Grove railway line is a suburban railway line extending 12.1 km northwest from Brisbane, the state capital of Queensland, Australia. It is part of the QR Citytrain network. A branch line was opened from a junction at Mayne to Enoggera in February 1899 and to Ferny Grove in 1918. The area was initially known as Ferny Flats, but the railway department changed the name of the railway station because of a Ferny Flats in New South Wales; the surrounding area followed suit. The line reached Dayboro, via Samford, on 27 September 1920.
