"Enzo Sellerio is unquestionably one of the most authoritative voices of the Italian photographers of the second half of the twentieth century whose personal experiences helped identify the landscape and social dimensions of their land. For fifty years Sellerio has given us the accomplished picture of a Sicily not yet overrun by a globalisation of customs and thought.
