Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationFabio Macioce (Milano, 1976), PhD, is a full professor of Philosophy of Law and Bioethics at LUMSA University, School of Law, Rome. He held visiting positions at Cambridge University, UK, Universidad de Valencia, and University of Oxford. Since 2019, he has been working as an expert for the Council of Europe in the field of bioethics. His research focuses on individual and group vulnerability; migration, democracy, and legal pluralism; legal feminism; bioethics and informed consent; the relationship between law and religion; and the impact of AI on human rights. He has written and edited several books and journal articles in English, Italian, French, and Spanish. His last book is The Politics of Vulnerable Groups: Implications for Philosophy, Law, and Political Theory, Springer Nature, 2022. Zara Saeidzadeh is an affiliate assistant professor at Simone de Beauvoir Institute, Concordia University, Montreal, Canada. Zara’s interdisciplinary research falls in the field of law, gender, human rights, sociology and feminist decolonial methodologies. Over the past decade, she has devoted her work on the socio-legal examination of policies and practices towards trans* people including her postdoctoral project which she completed on violence against trans* women in Sweden, funded by Swedish Research Council for Health, Working Life and Welfare. She has published extensively in top-tier journals including Feminist Legal Studies and Social Politics: International Studies in Gender, State and Society. Dragica Vujadinović is a full professor at the Faculty of Law (FL), University of Belgrade (UB), teaching Political and Legal Theories at master and doctoral studies, as well as Introduction to the EU Political System at master’s study program Master in European Integration (MEI) and Feminist Political and Legal Theories, Gender Competent Family Law, and Methodology and Practical skills at master`s study program Law and Gender (LAWGEM). She was the Head of MEI and LAWGEM master academic studies. She was the UB coordinator for the Erasmus Mundus Design Measures project, that aimed at creating with the partners from Örebro University, Sweden and LUMSA, Italy the joint master program Law and Gender, Intersectionality and Diversity (LAWGID EMDM, 2023-2024) and for applying for Erasmus Mundus Joint Master grant for this master program (EMJM LAWGID). She has been the co-editor of the Springer book series Gender Perspectives in Law.
