Her recent publications include Empires and Nations from the Eighteenth to the Twentieth Century (2014), I tempi e i luogi del cibo (2016), and La moda si fa storia (2016).Antonello Biagini is Full Professor of Eastern European History and President of Fondazione Sapienza (The Sapienza Foundation) in Italy. He has been a member of the Italian National Research Council and a consultant for the Historical Office of the Italian Army General Staff.
