Formerly a UK company director and head of HR at 'Best Employer' winner Flight Centre Limited (the 15,000 employee global travel retailer) she is a frequent speaker and advisor to both public and private organisations. She was the creator and presenter of one of Bond University's most popular executive education programmes - Winning The War For Talent and has been featured in the Australian Financial Review and on ABC Radio's Conversation Hour and Jon Faine Morning Programme, for her effective techniques.
